Our primary goal was the creation of a space where our grandchildren could play in the sunroom while we remained in our home. I asked that the room be complete by Thanksgiving, but, as November dates became closer to the holiday, it appeared we would not meet the date. I appealed to our salesperson, Anthony, who connected me with the owner, Ray Hepp. Mr. Hepp was extremely helpful, moving quickly to obtain back orders (due to COVID) and assigning his team to finish the room before the holiday. We love our new room! Because of Mr. Hepp's integrity and kindness, we were able to share not only Thanksgiving, but also Christmas holidays with our family while maintaining the distance we need to remain safe. The room is outstanding, the construction beautifully done, and we are extremely pleased. I would recommend this business to anyone without reservation. Thank you, Mr. Hepp!"

For example, he had to take down part of the fence to get the machines to the backyard.
