"First I would like to say THANK YOU to those workers who have served our COUNTRY! Thank you SO MUCH for your service! Second, I would like to say I would give them a rating of 4.9 if it were an option! Jeremy gave us GREAT service, came to give an estimate fast, got us on the schedule asap, the guys were there to knock the work out nice and early on the scheduled day. These guys had a REALLY challenging tough project to tackle, the very old concrete steps (about 20 steps) to the river are crooked, uneven and seriously steep, their job was to build a handrail obviously to make the steps safer. They accomplished it even on a 90 degree day in pure sun for hours and hours and did not leave until it was done. We can breathe a sigh of relief for the first time since getting this property, it feels so solid and safe now going down those scary steep steps! Jeremy even gave me suggestions on how to increase the longevity of this wood, appreciated! These guys are hard workers, and we will use them again for sure!"

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"John from American Construction did my neighbors roof, he gave me an excellent price on our roof and siding for the front of our home. I was very pleased with the service we received, very courteous and hard working team. They had our roof done in one day and the siding looks fantastic. "The whole process was detailed and well done. This was in a new home construction and Curt took the time to make sure the vision I had was brought to life. He custom designed the medicine cabinet in the master bathroom. Had our countertops and vanities set at the height we requested. The only issue I had was some lack of communication to let me know when there were issues getting the one bathroom vanity and letting me know timing of when someone would be coming to do the installations. Other then that the we overall are pleased with the work done."

"We used Angie’s list to find a contractor to work on our main floor and second floor bathroom (and some other minor work). After several contractors visited our home and told us that they could not convert our main floor bathroom to a full (or quoted an excessive price for the work), we ultimately called CM Contracting after reviewing their ratings on Angie’s list and other sites. In our initial phone consultation, both the head contractor (Chris) and his son (Tyler, also a licensed contractor) were professional, prompt and timely with scheduling a visit. Within 48 hours, Chris and Tyler arrived to the home, accessed both bathrooms and discussed the scope of work required. Unlike other contractors who came up with a number on the spot, CM Contracting said they would research our building plans and get back to us with a number. After a week, we were contacted with a quote and request for a followup meeting. After meeting face to face to discuss the price, we agreed upon the work and a start date, and they acquired all permits needed for the scope of work. At the beginning of work, Tyler took incredible steps to ensure dust and debris would be clear from the main floor by taping paper down on the wood floors and vacuuming/sweeping at the end of the work day. Chris was in constant communication throughout the construction, regularly contacting us to give updates and discuss any minor change in the scope of work. He also did a great job managing his subcontractors, which resulted in a timely completion of the work. His electrician Ken did incredible work with wiring the bathroom and fans in the bedrooms. His plumber Don also did an incredible job removing a non-functioning water softener, plumbed two bathrooms, and installed additional control valves. Most importantly, everyone involved warrantied their work, which is a huge financial relief when choosing a contractor for your home. Overall, we were happy with the daily interactions we had with CM Contracting and their subcontractors and we are very happy with our experience."

"We called Gennaro after a plumber cancelled on us in the middle of a large bathroom remodeling project we had planned over a month in advance involving tile work from a separate contractor. We needed somebody immediately and few plumbers could handle such a large job at all, and almost everybody had limited help and were already booked. Fortunately Gennaro has a large team and was able to accommodate our needs.
