"First I would like to say THANK YOU to those workers who have served our COUNTRY! Thank you SO MUCH for your service! Second, I would like to say I would give them a rating of 4.9 if it were an option! Jeremy gave us GREAT service, came to give an estimate fast, got us on the schedule asap, the guys were there to knock the work out nice and early on the scheduled day. These guys had a REALLY challenging tough project to tackle, the very old concrete steps (about 20 steps) to the river are crooked, uneven and seriously steep, their job was to build a handrail obviously to make the steps safer. They accomplished it even on a 90 degree day in pure sun for hours and hours and did not leave until it was done. We can breathe a sigh of relief for the first time since getting this property, it feels so solid and safe now going down those scary steep steps! Jeremy even gave me suggestions on how to increase the longevity of this wood, appreciated! These guys are hard workers, and we will use them again for sure!"

"John from American Construction did my neighbors roof, he gave me an excellent price on our roof and siding for the front of our home. I was very pleased with the service we received, very courteous and hard working team. They had our roof done in one day and the siding looks fantastic. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs siding, roofing or any construction work done. They cleaned everything up when they were finsihed and swept up all the nails. "The whole process was detailed and well done. This was in a new home construction and Curt took the time to make sure the vision I had was brought to life. He custom designed the medicine cabinet in the master bathroom. Had our countertops and vanities set at the height we requested. The only issue I had was some lack of communication to let me know when there were issues getting the one bathroom vanity and letting me know timing of when someone would be coming to do the installations. Other then that the we overall are pleased with the work done."

"Chris of CM Contracting contacted me promptly to schedule an appointment to discuss the projects.  He conveniently scheduled an evening appointment to meet with me.  We reviewed the projects and he offered advice on the door that would work best in my home.  When the materials were in, Chris contacted me to schedule an appointment to complete the work.  At the scheduled time he arrived promptly with an electrician and 2 others to complete the work professionally and promptly.  They installed a toilet, a ceiling fan with a remote, a hallway fixture and a bi-fold door.  They did excellent work, removed the old items and cleaned up the areas they worked in.  I just moved to the area and I am extremely pleased to find a contractor who does excellent work at a fair price. Chris followed up with a phone call to make sure that I was satisfied with the work completed.  I highly recommend CM Contracting and plan on using them again for big and small projects in my home.
