"I’ve had the pleasure of working with Bryan’s Handyman & Home Improvement Service on various home projects. They are skilled professionals who do outstanding work and with the greatest integrity. In every case, I find them organized, focused on quality, efficiency, and customer service at good value, reasonable cost. I couldn’t believe the beautiful transformation of my new home. They removed old, overly done wallpaper and did an impeccable job of restoring unusually textured walls. I asked for Bryan’s professional opinions-and glad I did as his knowledge is extensive. The painting was gorgeous; very professional. They created in-ceiling lighting, replaced old fixtures, and helped remove large items the previous owner left behind, too. All facets of the projects were completed on time or earlier. Bryan’s and his Team truly spared me from a nightmare, too. While moving out of my former house, the movers caused major damage- gouged drywall, left huge non-removable marks, and deep scratches over extensive areas of the entire stairwell walls. They got a team there the next day. A few hours later, all the walls were fixed, painted, and looked better than before. And…they charged me as for a regular job. OMG-How amazing is that?!! Bryan is an expert Contractor with extensive project and management experience. He understands the business, along with having first-hand knowledge of the work itself. He has chosen an outstanding Team with a broad array of expertise. Josie, the Officer Manager, is a wonderful coordinator! She is on top of all the projects and customer requests. Her skilled communication, efficiency, and knowledge of the specifics needed for each project is impeccable. They have done home improvements, and routine things too. "Thomas & Thomas promptly called me to offer an estimate. Faced with less time to replace the carpets after moving in due to an emergency I offered to provide the measurements to save time. They professionally declined to skip that important step but were at my house early the next day. They were empathetic to my need for new carpeting as I ripped it out of the fixer upper in need of tlc because no carpeting was a huge improvement. Luckily they had a day off between jobs and fit me in within a week. I am calling them back today because I know they will help me with the home Maintenace that has been let go for years."

"Bill and his team did a variety of home repair and improvement projects on my 40+ year home Fall 2024. We a couple months. These included: repairs : replacement of wood sub flooring/framing in basement ceiling/upstairs, covering outside side door concrete steps on slate,and cresting a new sidewalk to lead up to it, cleaning front of house stonework and putting protectant on it, building new short frame and drywall in order to replace old closet doors, dry walling and painting interior room and more. What impressed me most were the professionalism and expertise of Bill and his team in every way. Quotes were detailed, and multiple options were provided when needed. I was kept informed of daily schedules and progress, the contractors were skilled, meticulous and excellent with prep and cleanup. "Although they were not familiar with soundproofing techniques, once provided with the proper materials and instructions, John and Nick did a wonderful job! They spared no effort to follow directions to the letter, to produce the best possible results. As questions arose, we would discuss and agree on the best course of action given the requirements, as well as their extensive construction experience. Most times I did not inspect their work until the end of the day. Any concerns were brought to their attention the next morning, at which time they would address them immediately and satisfactorily, as needed. Although most home owners would not normally require the soundproofing techniques of this job, the professional attributes displayed would greatly benefit any general construction work. My only concern was that John did not provide a written estimate before starting, especially since minor changes were made to the requirements mid-stream. In the end, I was so satisfied with the results, I have already received an estimate for JJ Construction to remodel the rest of the basement space."
