Our new patio looks awesome! Better than we could have imagined. It has rained heavily several times since then and the new patio is water free. The crew were on-time, professional, thorough and courteous. They went the extra mile and took measures to ensure that after each day of work, we could safely let our three dogs in the backyard. "We called Paul about replacing an old worn out awning, but were also looking for alternatives such as a retractable awning, but something more permanent.
Paul showed up in a pickup truck wearing work clothes. I was especially impressed since I wasn't looking for a suit and tie salesman who would send a wannabe installer out to do the job.
He suggested an insulated patio cover that would be a permanent installation, and showed me a sample that he had in his truck. He explained in detail how the installation would go, and I was very impressed. I especially liked the idea of not having to store our patio furniture every Fall.
He quoted us a price, and suggested that we check out his website, showing several of his installations. We liked what we saw, and gave him the order. After a short waiting period, he showed up with one other worker, and did the job in a very professional manner. During the waiting period, I had to call him on several occasions. If he didn't answer right away, he always got back to me later.
We are very pleased with the installation, and  would definitely recommend his services to others.
