After Joe hung up on my when I expressed his poor customer service and attitude, they neglected to answer next call. Kate was also rude over speaking me cutting me off a speed talking while trying to document notes. I do not recommend this company. I fear they treat people poorly and take advantage of the average home owner. I have been doing customer service for 21 years I never experience this kind of treatment or violation of privacy or disrespect. Nor would I service my clients this way. He also deleted his yelp after our call. I’m a 39 year old man single home owner no matter what the issue clients deserve respect. I wouldn’t trust this person in my home with the level of treatment they provided. When I expressed if they hung up on my again or continue to speak over me I would travel in person to speak professionally, they used the “harassment card” ."

He also mentioned that our water softener system was improperly installed by a previous technician and recommended replacing it. Additionally, I decided to replace the sump pump as part of the project. However, I was shocked when I was quoted over $13,000 for the job. Given the urgency of the situation—my family needed hot water—I reluctantly agreed to proceed. Unfortunately, I later realized that I was overcharged by approximately $5,000 for the project. To make matters worse, after the installation, the team left a mess on the street that they didn’t clean up. While I am relieved my family now has hot water and a new water softener system, I cannot justify the excessive cost or the unprofessional behavior. I would caution anyone considering Larry & Sons to think twice before doing business with them.
