"Ricardo called ahead to give me an estimated time of arrival. 
The work was performed as expected using new equipment.  I had a 5x7 rug added to the job for $50, in addition to the $159 I paid via Angie's list.
We did clear the floor ahead of time to facilitate the work.
I was expecting some hard up-selling but Ricardo was very professional.  He did suggest special chemicals for pet stains which I declined.
Overall a very good experience.  I plan to do this on an annual basis.

"The ground at the back of my house was a mess after we tore down a shed that probably dated from when my house was built in the late 1800's. I wanted to put in a new shed, but was concerned about what it was going to cost to have the ground prepared and the recommended foundation laid. Bob gave me an estimate that was less than I expected and offered to clean away about 10 years accumulation of debris the area for a nominal extra charge. He explained what he would do and how, and was able to arrange a date to do the work within about 2 weeks. He arrived when he said he would, he and his crew got to work and the job was finished within about 2 hours. He was cheerful and friendly and very easy to work with. He also did a great job, and ended up charging me slightly less than the estimate."

"John Schuber from the company visited on both days while workers were here.  Both remediation technicians were professional, courteous, arrived at appointed time, and worked a full day.  Always covered floor in our entryway so would not mar it. Technicians wore protective equipment and changed their suits 3 times daily. First day, erected containment area at top of basement stairs, removed moldy drywall and applied sealant to concrete wall, wiped down entire area and all items in that area with chemical to kill all mold and spores, vacuumed area with HEPA filtered equipment, ran air scrubbers all day and overnight. Second day wiped down entire area and items again with chemical, revacuumed area with HEPA filtered equipment, and left air scrubbers to run a couple of days over Christmas. Returned and removed their equipment and containment material.

"I hired Richard's LLC. for two separate jobs. One was to apply an epoxy coating to the two-car garage with base molding. In three days his crew came early and totally transformed a cracked and dirty concrete floor into a beautiful smooth surface that is easy to sweep and clean. The second job was to coat the long patio in front of the house, which had a carpet glued to it for over 30 years. The crew removed the old carpet and prepped the surface, filling several cracks. This was completed in three days. At each step of the way, the installing crew kept us informed of what they were doing and kept the area cleared of any debris daily. The final outcome of both jobs was absolutely AWESOME. The office staff worked with us on all scheduling issues and was a pleasure to talk to. "Tried to put windows in that did not match the rest of the house. Have tan trim on house tried to put white on did not do good job flashing chimmey looks like crap the roof and siding did a good job did not do the work I paid him to do lots of short cut and not done right.
