"I got to meet Julio, the owner, who personally came out and did the work himself. He was very respectful, professional, and easy to deal with. He installed a cold-compliant sink near the ice machine at our local deli in Brooklyn and completed the entire job the same day. Other plumbers had quoted me 2–3 days, but Julio got it done quickly and properly. Everything was working correctly when he finished, and he left the area clean. I really appreciated the personal service from the owner and would definitely recommend him."

"Great customer service, came to repair a gap in shelf caulking in my dad’s unit a year or more after installation, no charge. A bit pricey but the quality and service can’t be cheap."

"Expensive, but came when it was an emergency. Checked most of the boiler (not the hot water coil). Gave a complete price for all their recommendations. I agreed to ALL of their recommendations. Paid in full. But have not done the service part and even changed the appointment to do this service from November 11 to December 6. Seems if they came all the way here and spent 4 hours to evaluate, and fix at their suggestions, it would be time efficient to stay one more hour to finish what was paid for."

"Fast, easy, affordable monthly, beautiful when finished!"

"This is a professional customer oriented company, their representative Shaun quickly identified the issue facing us. He walked us through the pros and cons and recommended a course of action. The crew he used was well organized and efficient and accomplished the job well within schedule. The result has been most satisfying. I would hire and recommend Shaun and Once and Done Waterproofing to my friends and associates without reservation. Job well done!"

"Yes, David arrived promptly and was efficient. He probed and worked until he found the cause of the drain blockage, resolved the issue, and explained the issue in a thorough and understandable manner! It's obvious that David takes his job, seriously. He is personable professional and a downright good person. You cannot go wrong employing David to resolve your plumbing issues."

"Brooks gave me a very reasonable quote to electively relocate my condenser from my patio to the side of the house. I gave him a deposit and he was there the next week to do the work. Unfortunately, he found an unexpected problem which required more work than we bargained for. The unit was leaking refrigerant into the condensate pump. Really grateful that he found the issue, as it would undoubtedly have failed at some point in the near future. We would've been without AC in mid-summer and still would've had to make the repairs. Less reputable companies might have just done the work that was quoted, filled the low refrigerant, and then come back 2 months later for the double tap. Not Robert. He put our initial deposit towards the new work and went the extra mile to make things affordable. Work was completed in a single day of the following week. Robert was polite, professional, respectful of our property, and just all around great to work with."
