"Spellman Home Services arrived on time and worked four straight hours cleaning our rain gutters and power washing the entire house. They were thorough not only power washing the house but the porch ceiling and lawn chairs that were on the porch. He worked methodically and focused, and cleaned up after himself, including all the materials clogging the rain gutters. A. first rate job.,"

"Trevor and his crew had come and scoped the job giving us an estimate. After we agreed they were chosen to the work, we were given a starting date. The crew showed up on time and worked for two and a half days to prepare the area for the patio extension and build a beautiful retaining wall for the area that set back into the hill. The stairs to the front door were replaced with newly constructed rebar and structural elements that will last for many more years than the original stair that only lasted 24 years. The new stairs now match the full width of the front porch which now looks much more symmetrical. The pad leading up to the stairs was enlarged and lengthened. They came back on the third day and the concrete was poured and finished. When they finished the work they made sure they cleaned up the job site and left everything as it was before. Trevor and his crew did an excellent job and we are so happy with how the job turned out and we highly recommend them for any work you may need completed."

In the past 9 years through multiple projects, they have basically gutted and rebuilt our house from the inside out - load baring walls, kitchens, bathrooms, exterior decks and roofs - everything. Those reading this that are not familiar with Joyce Factory Direct owe it to yourself to check them out. The manufacture their own windows and doors that are of extremely high quality at a very fair price. Don’t let these guys slip through your selection process without giving them a shot. I will guarantee that if you do you will see the quality and the deal compared to other window manufacturers."
