"Brody's service met and exceeded any and all expectations. Brody and his assistant were hired to remove & remodel a bathtub & shower unit. The project was to remove and install a new more disabled friendly set up.. This was for my elderly disabled mother. The bathroom turned out AMAZING !!!!!!! ... truly what a transformation. They not only did a professional, job, they were so polite and went out of their way to clean their work area. They took precautions to ensure no dust or debris few into the other rooms as project progressed. I am extremely pleased in their work , professionalism & how very polite and courteous they were to my elderly disabled mother. They also added grab bars in the shower and around the toilet area. A handicap bench was also installed into the shower.. I would recommend this company to anyone & everyone. We were so very lucky to have come across such a wonderful, professional company with such kindness . The new shower unit is much safer and under friendly for my disabled elderly mother."

"I don't know how to answer this question except to say everything went very smoothly and was completed according to my wishes.  The men who did the work were very accommodating and personable, as was the owner of the company.  They explained it all to me as it went along and answered every question I had to my satisfaction.  I liked the idea that all of the old cabinets were donated to Habitat  for Humanity to be reused for someone who needed them.
I love my new island with all the cabinetry  it holds.  My only regret is that I picked out a laminate countertop instead of granite to save money.  I am thinking I will call Steve and ask him to replace the countertops with granite that I should have chosen in the first place.  "

"After checking with several companies for a remodel for our bathroom, we chose Joyce Factory/Bath Planet to do the job. We are very pleased with the job. Professionally handled from the salesman coming to our home for an estimate to the installation. We had a new acrylic shower surround and tub installed which we bought from Joyce. They also did an incredible job with the installation of new flooring, new toilet, new vanity and medicine cabinet. I would highly recommend them for your bath remodel. In addition, we had them install a replacement window in the front of our house several years ago. The installation went smoothly, very professional job. Would highly recommend for windows too!"
