After meeting several times with Josh, the owner, I couldn't have been more comfortable entering into a contract for the work. He was polite, present, knowledgeable. Spent time with me explaining details. Webster's work was meticulous and every detail perfect. Like they were building it for their mother. "Original date to start job was 11/13/24. 11/20/24 I texted and asked what happened. He said he would start the job on Monday, 12/2/24. 12/9/24 got an email that he would be coming the next day, 12/10/24. Then, he received an email that it was too cold to install rails, and he would come on 12/24/24. Rails were installed, and Dominic stressed he needed to receive the balance of the invoice. I asked him when he would remove the boulder. He had to get back to me. 2/21/25 Dominic said he would come the first week in March 2025 to remove the boulder. I contacted Dominic again via text on 4/1/25, got a message on 4/2/25 that Dominic would come next week to remove the boulder. Got a message 4/10/25 that Dominic would come the following week to remove. At some point after this, when it was not done, I spoke with Dominic, and he proceeded to talk over me and said he was not going to remove the boulder."

"I can’t say enough good things about this company. My kitchen needed to be completely replaced from a pipe leak. Josh and his team went above and beyond. They got the job done fast also.
