"Edgar has done everything from tearing down and rebuilding brick stoop walls and topping with new cement toppers, repointing brickwork on the main house to repairing a very high chimney on a terra cotta roof. He also followed us to our new home in a different county and did timely repairs and topped our stone chimney and acid washed the stone fireplace inside. "Set an appointment, which was easy. The employee showed up on time, evaluated the required repairs, and the company sent us a competitive, adequate quotation by email. I have set up the repair appointment. Once again, the person showed up on time and replaced the faulty cranking mechanism quickly and professionally. Perfect job."

"Do not hire this company and Lowe’s should stop using them as a subcontractor. They do not care about jobs done through Lowe’s despite them being just as expensive. Got very expensive quartz countertops. They showed up last minute 4pm in a 12-4 window and rushed the project to finish it in just 45 minutes. There were several damages to the quartz and it looked awful. The guy pulled a bait and switch and said he could come back the next day. When I called I was told they don’t know why he said that and “have no idea where he is, he’s busy” and that I’ll have to take it up with Lowe’s. I certainly am taking it up with Lowe’s but the company that did the job and received the money should have a little more pride in their work. If you do go through Lowe’s in PA, tell them you don’t want Eastern Surfaces."
