Michelle was very easy to work with. We had already picked out the Quartzite stone slabs at a wholesaler which she worked into a very reasonable quote to do both our kitchen and master bathroom counters. Delivery was on time for the install and the counters fit very well with the sink installations done on site. Everything was done and cleaned up in one day we did the plumbing and electrical hookups ourselves the next day with no problem.

Joe Crouch, General Manager was our primary contact. He is very knowledgeable and informative. He designed the tile installation project and coordinated the installation. The job was completed on time.

Having the entire house Re floored with porcelain tile was a nerve racking step and commitment for me. We had had a foundation pipe leak that ruined the laminate floors. I did tons of research on the products and various installing companies. The owner of Dunedin Floors &G, assured me it could be done successfully. The job was completed with professionalism and the finished product was/is beyond my expectations. Extraordinary products and top shelf workmanship.

Dunedin Floor and Granite did a horrible job on my Template. Thank goodness I had an amazing sub contractor install it. They were able to clean up the templaters mess. As a person in this business I would never use them again!

We are very dissatisfied with our tile and carpet installation from Dunedin Floors and Granite. The grout between our floor tiles is permanently stained from basic foot traffic. Repeated cleaning attempts have not made a difference. We were told our grout would be sealed, but obviously it was not. Regarding the carpeting, our carpeting is bulging and our carpet pad is compressed and offers little padding. We paid for a "premium" carpet pad, and what we got was not good if it is this bad only four years later. We contacted the company regarding the carpet bulging and grout staining. The manager Joe Crouch came out on site and said that the bulging of the carpet was due to using a rental carpet cleaner on it. I agree to disagree with him there, and there is no way to tell unless the carpet is removed from the padding. Joe stated he would check our records regarding the grout sealing, but he did not. When we contacted him multiple times, he ignored us completely without any response. What kind of manager does that? We paid this company $7,140 for this job only four years ago. Now we will have to pay another company to professionally clean and seal the grout. We are also considering replacing the low quality carpet and padding in our house. How could anyone be satisfied in this situation? The quality of materials, installation, and service from dealing with this company was very low. Because of this experience, we strongly recommend you look elsewhere for another more reliable and professional company.

Customer service was great, and my job was put on the schedule as soon as possible. The cost was higher than I anticipated and budgeted for, but the quality of the tile installation was top notch!
