The communication and reliability was always timely, thorough and just excellent, which are things that lack in a lot of contractors we have dealt with in the past. Although we had many challenges during the job, Anthony handled them all with flexibility. It was a true collaboration from beginning to end. Not only was he easy to deal with, but the work was done way above our expectations with a focus on attention to detail. He also made sure everything was cleaned up at the end of every day, even if I said not to worry about it. Overall, these guys went the extra mile and made a difficult job enjoyable for us. He came to my home on the day the supplies were being delivered to be sure everything was correct and direct the driver where to put them. The workers were reliable, (at the work site at 6am everyday), friendly, and most importantly skillful. I love my new roof and have been getting calls and comments from neighbors and friends who drive by. I would surely recommend RMS Contractors to anyone looking for a new roof!"

"Overall Brian and his sub-contractors did an excellent job at meeting our expectations. They delivered a final product that left us extremely satisfied. - Price o During the initial quoting phase Brian was extremely responsive. Of the roughly 10 contractors that were willing to quote our work scope, Brian’s estimate was one of the most competitive. o Throughout the entire process he held to the base price. He was willing to accommodate on several occasions for small changes (i.e. paint colors, window placement, etc.), was reasonable for changes outside of work scope after the contract was awarded (change of countertop material, change in wiring) and worked with us when unexpected items arose (ceramic sub-floor). - Quality o The work that was conducted surpassed our expectations. A majority of the work was done correct the first time. That which wasn’t (minor paint touchups) were immediately corrected. Brian was always willing to accommodate our requests and never made us feel as though anything that we asked was unreasonable. - Responsiveness o Brian met with us weekly to walk through our project on a weekly basis. We would review the work that was completed and examine the upcoming work scope. He was always available via phone to address any of our concerns and attentive to email as well. - Punctuality o See above. The crew was able to complete the project in the agreed upon 3.5 month timeline. - Professionalism o Brian and his sub-contractors were all very courteous and professional. For a family with two young children (1 & 3), they made the process as painless as possible. Everyone did excellent work and were very accommodating with our schedules."

"They were very professional. Galen was very easy to work with. The guys doing the painting were very careful to not overspray during a windy day. I especially liked the fact that Galen gave us a reasonable estimate, called us when he would be here and showed up on time.

"We recently bought a new house, and needed a few smaller repairs done, along with a huge privacy fence installed for our dogs. Aaronson Repairs was very prompt with their response to our inquiry. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and communicated well so I always knew what to expect. The small repairs were completed almost immediately, and the fence was completed as soon as the material came in. The guys who came worked really hard, and the fence was complete ahead of schedule. Pricing was very reasonable for the amount of work. We got wood fencing along the sides of our yard, and aluminum fencing along the back. It looks better than I could have imagined. They were even thoughtful enough to ask whether our dogs were diggers, and helped to reinforce the bottoms of the fence. We will be calling for our next renovation project, and would highly recommend them to others."

Unfortunately, I was not able to hire Omni Pro because we decided to go with a less expensive option for the retaining wall. It is a pleasure when a contractor responds to a call/request for quote (unfortunately, many do not)."

O'Dell contracting called me to follow up and tell me when job would be completed.This is a reliable contractor who kept in contact to let me know the date it would be installed. After the job was completed he contacted me to ask if the work was satisfactory.I would recommend this contractor for any home remodeling.He is to be graded as an A-1 Contractor."
