"We SEEM to have caught all of the rat's but the fact that he didn't thoroughly check everything and, infact, left 3 openings is a big disappointment. I let him know that he had missed these areas, and he implied that I was partly to blame because I had walked around the house with him as he was checking, and I hadn't noticed them myself. He said he would split the cost of fixing the last 3 holes, even though he later admitted that it was his fault. I have to say that if you want color and conversation at your backyard bbq, Randy's your man. But if you want an exterminator who is serious about doing a thorough job, look elsewhere."
