We SEEM to have caught all of the rat's but the fact that he didn't thoroughly check everything and, infact, left 3 openings is a big disappointment. I let him know that he had missed these areas, and he implied that I was partly to blame because I had walked around the house with him as he was checking, and I hadn't noticed them myself. He said he would split the cost of fixing the last 3 holes, even though he later admitted that it was his fault. I have to say that if you want color and conversation at your backyard bbq, Randy's your man. But if you want an exterminator who is serious about doing a thorough job, look elsewhere.

During the inspection part of the sale of my home evidence of rodent droppings were found. Randy came over and evaluated the situation, and his plan was solid-traps were set out, and it was determined there was no current rodent infestation. Another large, and local company were called, and they gave me a quote of $2,100 to take care of everything. Randy is honest, and like the name of his company has a tremendous amount of integrity. I would highly recommend him again, and he should be the first company you call. DO NOT GET TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BY UNSCRUPULOUS COMPANIES.

Excellent. Too notch quality work and speed. Excellent customer interaction and explanation. Higher price than I’d have preferred but was well worth every cent. Would recommend to any friend and will hire again! Currently have contract for yearly services.

Great! Before Integrity could begin a skunk had moved in under the house. Integrity came out, evaluated the house and then Randy at Integrity referred a trapper named Dan and he came out and trapped 3 skunks. They kept in communication so as soon as the skunks were gone Integrity screened off the entire underneath of the house. Then set traps for the remaining rats!! I had great communication from both teams as did the renters. Both services I would recommend highly!!! I know that if I had a problem again they would be right there to fix it!!!

After initially calling, Randy called back right away. He was very friendly and understanding. After hearing about my problem he came out right away to help, even though it was a Saturday (and others told me I would have to wait until Monday). In fact, he ended up coming out several times over the next week or so until we were sure the rodent (which turned out to be a baby rat!!!) was out of the house. Meanwhile, he sealed up all the tiny holes around the house where rodents could get in, as well as a few places on the outside of the house that could cause problems. His rate was very reasonable for sealing up all the holes and it was obvious that he knew what he was doing. He did such a great job and was so helpful that I signed up for regular pest control service. He's been taking care of that for about a year now and I am more than pleased with his services. His rates are very reasonable and they always show up when they say they will, and do their work without any issues. It's been so easy and effective that I don't even think about pest issues anymore. On top of all of this, Randy is a genuinely friendly, caring person. I trust him implicitly and recommend him without hesitation. It's hard to find truly reliable, honest people these days in a world where companies like the one mentioned above exist. Randy has restored my faith in all of humanity. You won't be disappointed.

He was good at everything. He was fine, he just couldn't solve my pest problem so we stop using him. They came in and they filled all the holes around my house and everything. They came in and basically fixed all the cracks or whatever was in the wall, you know, when they put the pipes through when they were building it. I see they tried, but they just couldn't get it done. They're gone now, but that was because we went out and put more serious stuff down that would kill them and we haven't any problems since.

Randy was my second quote I got.  The first quote told me I had hobo spiders and termite infestation etc.  When I told them I was getting another bid I never heard from them again.  Randy came and stated I had carpenter ants, spiders etc but no termites or hobo spiders.  He was much more reasonable with the costs and very honest.  I signed up for quarterly spraying and I was very happy with his service.  I recommend him for his honesty and work.

I have used Randy for several of my rentals, when the issue of a rodent infestation came up. He's great to deal with, very reasonable, and very thorough.
Please note that this was for pest control, not building repairs.

Nice enough but was not happy with the service.
1. It took 3 times to get all the entrances sealed, meanwhile we kept having to call them to get them back. 
2.The traps given to us the mice took off with, due to their poor quality.
3. In May the technician found another entrance behind the dishwasher and left the dishwasher out about 12 inches. Well the material use to fill the hole dried and I could not get the dishwasher back in. The dishwasher stuck out for a month.
4.While the technician was servicing our house the tech said we should get in touch with the owner and ask for another poison to eradicate them. The tech had a cell phone one would have thought he would have contacted the owner himself so he could put the poison out as soon as possible.
5. We finally purchased our own professional traps and the first time we used them we caught 8 mice overnight and 4 more the next day. In about a weeks time no visible activity. It took less than a month and they are gone. It cost $14.00.

1.I think they should have done follow up calls at least after each application until there was no evidence of activity. I hired a professional to take care of this problem. The owner told me it was my place to let him know that I was seeing more mice.
2.This company is a new company, although to my knowledge the owner has roughly 20 years in the business. With a name like Integrity I honestly felt I had hired a good company.
3.Last but not least, when I e-mailed and told him his services were longer needed he never asked why. He didn't seem to care at all. I guess that shouldn't have been a surprise since the only times they reached out were around the times for payments.

Randy was recommended by another service that I had come over.  He raved about what a great job Randy did and how he was the ONLY ONE for the job.  I immediately called.  Randy came over and assessed the situation and explained to me his plan of action.  I had read a bit about termites, so I knew a little of what to expect.  I appreciated him sharing his knowledge about the type of insecticide he was using and how it worked. I learned more from him than I did reading!! He did a spectacular job!!  Many years ago, I had a neighbor who had termites, and compared to her bill, Randy was most reasonable! He is very conscientious about his work and trustworthy which I find a big PLUS... the name of his company says it all... INTEGRITY!  Additionally, Randy is a "people person", friendly and warm.  He couldn't have been any nicer and very confident in what he was doing.  His demeanor made the stress of the situation melt away.  I highly recommend Integrity Pest Control!!  He is one in a million!!

Randy provided a free service for me. I sent him a very long and
detailed home inspection report, with pictures of supposed pest damage. 
He examined the relevant sections of the report and provided me with
analysis and recommendations over the phone and via email.  He also
quoted me an extremely reasonable full-home inspection fee for when I
need to validate the home inspector's findings. He also gave me another
very reasonable quote to exterminate the most likely pest from the area
that might actually cause damage.   Randy patiently taught me about the
various pests in the area relative to the findings in the report and we
decided to wait until we closed on the house before doing the full
inspection.  Randy could have easily talked me into an immediate
inspection to make some money, but he obviously is a man of integrity.  I
will call on Integrity Pest for my pest services in the Medford area
for sure.

We've been with Randy for over a year.  He's honest, charges a fair price and does a great job.  That says it all, folks.

$80 Randy is very personable, professional, and easy to work with. When I found rat leavings in our garage I was distraught, but Randy came out quickly and walked the entire house with me. Instead of trying to up-sell me, or get me to buy into some quarterly plan, he pointed out the problem locations and gave suggestions for how to fix them; he even left me with some traps! No charge for any of it! I was so impressed with his frank advice and manner that I called him back to have him spray our house for our earwig issue. He came out within two days and sprayed the outside of the house, even spraying the sheds we have and knocking down all the spider webs. I'd heard about issues with the big guys like Terminix and Orkin not getting anyone out to the house for a week or more, but Randy is very dedicated. $80 for three months of peace of mind is well worth it. I'm happy to have Randy on our side in the battle of the summer critters.
