They replaced and re-framed the wood center post in a two car garage, replaced four rows of old, water damaged siding on the back of the house, replaced several boards of deck flooring, sealed the underside of a large deck and filled and sealed some minor cracks in the foundation. Dave and his crew had to re-engineer the center post. The siding was no longer made so Dave had to work with a manufacturer to fabricate new siding for us. Dave and his crew are very professional, courteous, and extremely talented. The did outstanding work, on-time, and we are totally pleased. I would not hesitate to call them again or recommend them. "They came out as scheduled and were able to complete the fence in about 3 days. It included setting posts in concrete and constructing the panels on site as well as two gates, one wider gate in line with outside gate for wheelbarrow entrance and the other narrower and on side close to sidewalk. They also installed wood boards under fence so critters including my dog are discouraged from digging under. Gates have nice latches including a wire loop on the inside to pull the latch open when exiting. I was very pleased with the result. They were respectful of the existing plants and raised bed rows taking care not to trample more than necessary."

"I have had two issues since they installed the new sump pump and irrigation. Issue number one was water still getting passed the new concrete. The other issue is that the new concrete was not level at all which has caused issues with the new flooring I installed. However, their customer service is top notch and will work hard to take care of you."
