"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

I was told 2 of my bay windows were about to fall out, if not addressed. I have no idea if I got a great deal or not. Materials showed up a month early, unannounced as I was leaving for a week-long vacation(DeBella was aware of) but I was told I had to take delivery, which I wasn’t prepared for. DeBella CS was horrible. The labor crew were awesome and very effiecient but I still don’t have my exterior lights back up, because the crew wasn’t allowed to reinstall them. Being a single mom, I don’t have the knowledge or tools to do it myself. I know just enough about electrical to know not to mess with electrical. I lost faith in DeBella as soon as they got the sale."
