The first time I used them they were part of a competitive bid process and they chose a significantly less expensive approach to my problem which was minor. I firmly believe the other contractors wanted a significant payout to make it worth their while to do the work. This contractor will tell you truthfully what is wrong and will fix it for a fair price. When it came time for this job I didn't even shop around. And they did not disappoint. If I had anything negative to say it would be that I had to be proactive in getting them to communicate when they would do the work (they are very busy). BUT I did tell them I was in no hurry for it. I think I am partially to blame and won't ding them too much for this. I have other jobs that need to get done and will not hesitate to call them when I can find the extra cash to pay for it. I highly recommend them."
