They were efficient in their timeline without feeling overly pushy about making a sale or anything and they have offered us a very solid warranty, especially important given the problem we needed to help with is one we first thought we mitigated last year. Honestly will have to see if there's still any leaking going on, since that's just the way Portland is, but as of yesterday, at least on the initial stuff everything was completed in a manner that seemed comprehensive and effective."

Give us the opportunity to tell you how we can REALLY save you time and money on all of your window, door, door hardware, and trim and molding needs. Yes! We offer overstock products that are BIG savings. REALLY BIG savings! We have the largest overstock selection in the Northwest! Yes! We deliver to just about anywhere! Yes, we install. We also work with many Oregon utility loan and rebate programs. Most of our windows are built right here in the Pacific Northwest. Let our family help yours save money and energy."

"We are completely satisfied with the company. They showed up on time, did a professional job, and left the place as clean as when they arrived. We live about 100 miles from their location. We got a bid from a local glass company at the same time, and their bid was almost exactly twice the bid from Discount Windows. After their original site visit to measure windows and to talk to us about what we wanted. Discount Windows sent us a quote electronically. I made a couple changes to what we wanted, and they sent a revised bid. All the paperwork was done online, except we gave them the credit card number over the phone. We paid 50% at signing and the remainder about a week after the work was completed. They did all the paperwork for the Oregon energy tax rebate and applied the rebate directly to our purchase price. All I had to do was email them a copy of our electric bill to document who our utility company was. The installers drove out to our site the first morning, worked all day, spent the night in a local hotel, then completed the job the second day. When they left, they took all our old windows and all the other trash with them"
