We added a safety auto-cover and pit, relocated a skimmer, Hydrazzo pool plaster and porcelain tile patio with channel drains to eliminate water pooling. Joe also faced our retaining wall behind the pool with natural stone and added a set of wide stairs from the pool to the back lawn. The respond with who will be coming out within 24 hours. They have different plans for different amounts of money. I have my house and pool covered. I pay a $75 copay a month. I have had them for several years, and have never had an issue."
