He was prompt in coming over to our home over a month ago and seemed knowledgeable about the various brands and types of composite decking materials. Unfortunately even after a number of texts exchanged we have yet to receive the quote now over a month past his visit. We can understand being busy and not able to bid at the time so the professional response would have been to inform us of that fact instead of indicating that he would quote- perhaps even offer later availability. "Dustin was very professional. I know nothing about fencing and in hindsight i wish a couple of things: 1. Stain the wood before installing. 2. I believe there shoud be a center piece in the back. When i was staining the felt unsteady. 3. Would have liked a a top board over the whole thing. I did not know what to ask. And last. I have asked twice for a paid receipt and have had no responce"
