"We ordered a Covana SwimSpa cover back in July or August of 2021. They finally received the product from the manufacturer in March of this year. When the installation team came to put it all together they realized that the person who had placed the order with the manufacturer had missed the fact that the cover was slightly too large to make a proper seal. The installation guys, who were great by the way, said they would work with All Spa to get is sorted out (new parts to make it work). Anyway, it's been a month and the thing is still sitting half assembled in my yard. Keep in mind that this is a $10K cover left partially assembled and covered in a tarp. I've made 5 inquiries via phone to All Spa to at least get a status update but have yet to respond. It really just speaks to a major lack of professionalism to not even have the decency to let us know the status of what is going on. I don't usually leave reviews like this but I think that this certainly warrants a 1 star review."

"Ryan came out to look at it to see if it needed reglazing. I had seen small cracks that I was afaid were structural. Ryan said that the small cracks were just age and that I hadnt seen them before because of the tan color. All he needed to do was to make my tub look brand new was to sand and polish just the very top layer! It's beautiful again!. In addition, I asked him to fix the mineral deposit on the low spot of my shower floor. It looks new too! All for $223!! I was expecting much more! Ryan never tried to sell me anything that I didn't need. I am so grateful!"
