Spa Services Plus

My spa pump was making a strange noise and wasn't working properly. I made first contact by phone and asked whether it would be helpful to email my description of the problem.  The woman I talked to said yes.  I sent a detailed explanation of the problem and did not hear back for over a week.  It ended up taking more than two weeks to get them out to look at the spa, then another several days to get the part ordered (which I had to pay for in advance) and another few days before the part was installed.  Everything seemed to be ok once the fix was made, however within 90 days (early June) my spa started losing water at a fast pace. I opened the panel and could see that the new pump was leaking.  I emailed them and asked how soon they could come out and address the problem.  They were able to come out within a few days (no charge).  They made a repair that fixed the problem. When I went to use the spa a couple of days later, the air jets wouldn't work and the ozone generator wasn't emitting any bubbles.  Long story short, I poked around and found that they had left one of the gate valves closed after doing their last repair (keeping the spa from functioning properly).  I opened the valve and all systems appear to be working normally.  So far, the leak has not recurred, so that's good.  Overall, slow to respond, spotty communication, work that required a return visit, and failure to reopen a critical valve might have caused additional damage had I not figured it out.  They were nice enough, and did a good job of explaining things at each stage when we did connect, but I would not use them again. 

The service turned out well and they did a great job. They seem professional and they were in and out without bothering us at all. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly and come back and fix it within a day or two. It was a very quick, professional service.

Did exactly what was expected of them...arrived on time and fixed the problem. A little expensive for what they did, but at least we know they didn't charge for unneeded repairs.
