The other 3 took from 2 days to 5 days to respond and up to 10 days to make offers. I felt most comfortable dealing with Vitaliy . He described and wrote his purposel down. No questions. I considered his cost to be reasonable and I awarded him the job last Monday. He was here yesterday, Friday to perform and that he did. I'm very pleased and impressed with the work he did. (my roof is very steep, so there was a reasonable incremental charge) The team was professional, responsive,, careful, safety conscious (used harnesses), and did a great job. I called him on a Friday and he was able to fit me in on Saturday. This was a big help and unexpected, since it's a Holiday weekend.
