PNW Landscapes

Rushed through and did a poor job, had to point out things they missed and they ended up not being able to do parts of the roof because the ladder would not reach. What??? Not enough chemical applied. So disappointed.

I am very pleased with the work of PNW Landscapes. Mine was a one-time request for a layer of gravel to be added to my yard. They did some weeding and sprayed with organic weed killer (I have a dog) and added the rock is just a couple of hours. At the last minute I asked if they would haul away some junk, and they were happy to accommodate that request as well. The man and his wife and their other worker were friendly.

I did not go well. A day or two prior to the scheduled lawn care, I was messaged that they were understaffed and couldn't do the job. When I expressed some disappointment (my home is for sale and I need to keep it looking good) they offered to find a sub-contractor to do the work. I ended up being disappointed with both price and service performed. I was initially ok (reluctantly) with the high price quoted, and for the amount quoted I expected a very professional job. The yard was left mostly mowed, but with very little to no whacking to finish the job. This required me to spend my time cleaning up after the very mediocre job performed for a very high price. The only real positive part of the transaction is that communication has been good throughout. The business did help a little by reducing the price but for the work done the amount I have to pay is still extremely high. For this reason I do not recommend.

We used Kanui-Soto, LLC. He is fast. He is good. He is thorough. He is doing the work we requested. He is affordable. He is dependable.

They were punctual, courteous, fast, and cost effective

Fast they had new workers but seemed have them trained in good customer service

They were great to work with. We're in California so needed to find someone we felt like we could trust. PNW worked with us to fill our needs with flexibility, patience and diligence. They took photos of before and after and sent them to us, and kept in constant touch. The mowing and edging were done beautifully and on time. We feel lucky to have found them.

They were quick to respond with a quote and time frame for providing the work. Did a great job on the gutters and cleaned up the debris (plus). I would definitely recommend them and will be calling them again myself.

They were fantastic. The last company that we had was not on time unlike PNW Landscapes they are a little bit early which is good . They picked up all the debris, they were quick and efficient. They were fabolous and thorough. We will definitely have them back.

They've done a really good job. They also did moss treatment in the roof and cleaned out gutters. It was a rental property so we are not there but they pointed out different things need to be addressed. They are reasonably priced, does job quickly, always on time and they come whey they say they would come.

This snow storm caused many trees to fall on my property. I needed someone to come quick, who wouldnt overcharge. The work was done in one day and the workers were polite and on time. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs tree clean up or just basic lawn care.

Cameron is a smart, reliable, hard working and trust worthy young man. He gave me quick and accurate estimate of cost and time and worked quickly and efficiently. Next thing you know my house and landscaping were the best on the block

They were wonderful they went above and beyond what i asked for and at a very fair price. I am so pleased that i now have them come every three weeks or so for maintenance. i believe you will be happy with the service they provide.
