"Great. They mail you all the pieces and you set it all up yourself. Piece of cake really, and the app walks you through it. The best part is customer service is very attentive and genuinely caring vs say, a cable company! The only drawback is that one of the sensors seems to be interfered with by something in the house and it won't work. They've replaced it a few times, but to no avail.
