"In time, efficient and very easy to deal with"

"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

"Cleaned "high traffic" area of dining and living room. Met my schedule. On time. Efficient."

"Very personable and carpets looked much nicer afterward. Somewhat older carpet, so did not expect them to look brand new. Have hired twice. One time had to return to finish job (don't recall what the issue was), but always willing to work around my schedule."

"She is very thorough and flexible with your needs and wants and very easy to work with!"

"Lisa did an excellent job cleaning our house to get ready for sale. The refrigerator and stove sparkled. The carpeting was left looking almost new. I highly recommend their business."

"Fast friendly in and out"

"Mike cleaned our carpets in our home in Bend. He was able to remov some old water stains other cleaners had not been able to handle. Our stairs needed some additional work and he was prompt to come out and remedy the problem. I highly recommend his service."

"Great service! Excellent communication with the customer! Casey and his team did a great job with our post-new construction cleaning. Casey even pointed out a couple of things that our builder had overlooked and sent us photos so we could follow up with the builder more efficiently. We will definitely use Paw Prints Cleaning Company for any of our future professional cleaning needs!"
