"Unfortunately this customer called us on a Saturday afternoon, after we had cleaned for them a few days earlier. They wanted us to come back, and from what we could gather, clean an area of carpet where they had left an area rug on top of a section of carpet. We were happy to do so, but were not able to get back to them before they had moved out of the house that weekend. We are very surprised by this review as the technician who performed the cleaning said the carpets seemed to have cleaned up well."
