Communication is very poor. Email only and then they forget you entirely. We paid at the ordering phase and they said they did not deal with skylights two months later. In fact, they found our skylight was in their warehouse after we showed the receipt that it was paid for. Eventually, they did refund the amount of the skylight after a long drawn out argument about it being broken on installation. Our window casings were repaired by their installer on his own time out of his own pocket. He notified us that he promptly quit after our job. Do not, under any circumstance use this company for your windows"

"They came to my home early 2024 for my roof. Told the sales team what I could afford. Sales team wrote down a quote 26,000 (roughly). They didn't go over financing paperwork. They put in for 29,000 for my loan. My minimum payment doesn't include the interest so my bill keeps going up. The regional manager declines to speak to me even though I've spoken to several representatives whom say the regional manager will call me but never does to discuss this discrepancy. This company will not be honest or upfront. Will do and say anything for a sale. This is a huge regret and financially screwed over by this company"
