"Wow.  I left a message for Gabriel's on 12/14/2011.  They returned my call the same day, provided an estimate the following day, and the work was was done that same week. I checked the work the following Monday and was very pleased with the way things looked.  The invoice arrived on 12/22/2011 and I paid it online that same day.  How much easier could things have been?
