"I needed to have my roof replaced along with 5 skylights. Mid Valley Building provided a very detailed bid and the price came in at least a few thousand dollars under any other bids I received, this included the price of new skylights. Not only did they provide Excellent service, but the installation was done with honesty, integrity and professionalism. This company is family owned and displays wonderful ethics. "Update: After several weeks they called back and agreed to go out and finish the work as originally agreed. They did a good job and actually painted more than we had agreed (I was going to finish but they painted everything). They did a good job and I really liked the finished product!

Original: This was a painter for a day special. I wanted the walls in a rental painted. The painter did a good job on the work he did, but he didn't follow my instructions & they haven't contact me despite several tries on my part (thus the low rating). When I came back to inspect the work before the painter left, I asked him why he didn't follow the instructions I gave him. He said he just decided that it would be better to do it the way that he did! As a result, I will have to get on a ladder and paint the areas near the ceiling - which is what I hire this firm to do! These are double high walls in the area not painted - and a pain to get at (maybe that is why he didn't paint them?)!
If you use these guys, you have to be there to watch what they do - or they may not follow your instructions!"
