38 My experience with Devco continues to be very frustrating, disappointing, expensive, and is still unresolved. I have a leak in my domestic water line. I say "have" because the line continues to leak at a valve that Devco installed. The last time they inspected the leak was over two weeks ago...
Great! Joe arrived on time, worked quickly, even removed several storm windows to wash both sides of windows (which wasn't in our verbal contract)
