Excavation
Back in 2007 I thought Rob Garner was very competent. Since my flooding problem only occurred about every few years during a dumping type rain storm, I was not aware until last month that Mr. Garner had installed the French Drain improperly. Three different excavators stated the fall/drop on the french drain was insufficent and this is why my property flooded again. When contacted, Mr. Garner refused to do any more work.
