"Great builder. Unique ideas. Very thorough. Has capable crew. Would use them again for sure."

"We are very pleased with Tyler/West Lake Construction and the people who completed the work on our home. We had a complicated project that involved several trades. The project was finished on time and within the budget. We are happy with the results."

"Only thing they did themselves was the patio ceiling & French drain for my project. Acted as hiring contractor for all the other work. Overall project was a success, but I didn't appreciate how the lead crewman/ owner spoke to his employee. Subcontractors that were hired were excellent."

Responsive, attentive service done cheerfully

"Finished a large barn overhang in just 4 days! Attention to detail, my overhang looks like it was part of the original building. We've received many compliments!"

"We had the pleasure to work with Ybarra Professional Builders on back to back projects in our home. Both came out better than we could have envisioned! Our first project was our hallway bathroom. Our project manager Ryan was always on top of things and very attentive to detail. He was always in communication with us and very responsive. The work crew was professional and courteous at all times. They completed the project in the timeframe we discussed and were so very pleased with the final product. Because we were so pleased with the bathroom remodel, we asked Ryan to help us with a kitchen remodel. This was a much bigger project and had more details in scope. I am happy to say Ryan and his team maintained the same quality, service and attention to detail as mentioned previously. Pretty impressive as this was a much larger project. We would recommend Ybarra to looking for their next home project. A special thank you to Robert and Isaac from the work crew."

"Travis G. Manteo S. and Zane S. Hooked us up with a beautiful roof and gutter system for our large two story home at an incredible price. The quality is beyond excellent. They are very knowledgeable and were super helpful. It was such a fun process picking out this new roof! Thanks again DaBella!"

"Omar and his crew did a good job building our upstairs deck. Highly recommend them for any deck project you may have."
