They did a thorough inspection above and below the roof. They explained what they had found in a way we could understand. Then they showed us their product. Their roofing system is far superior to any other product we have seen. They have gone above and beyond in engineering their roofing system. They even showed us a picture of a house with their roof on it that had been hit by a tornado, and while the windows and most of the house structure had failed, the roof remained intact. I cannot wait to see the finished product installed on our roof."

"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. 
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable.  I will definitely use his services again.
