Called in morning, answered promptly and professionally. Discussed problem and was told a repair person would call me back. Call back was within an hour, and able to schedule that afternoon. Person arrived exactly on time, was courteous and clearly knowledgeable about sprinkler systems....
Repair was with old plumbing and required a creative solution which was performed expertly.

They were able to come out quickly and did a great job in repairing the dryer. My only "complaint" is that their diagnostic fee wasn't applied to repair. In the past, most firms I used applied the diagnostic to the repair if they did it. in this case, they didn't.
