"The specific project was actually to install a recirculating pump and timer to an existing Tankless Hot water system and run a return line to the faucet the furthest distance from the Tankless unit. Josh was very knowledgeable and went the extra mile to make sure this installation did not void the manufacturer's warranty. Josh is also very courteous and mindful of keeping your house clean despite the work he is doing. Josh provides a good product at a fair price. I would definitely recommend him for all your plumbing work."

"Fred and his crew were fantastic. I would recommend them and I have! Are they perfect? No...but who is? Even if they goofed, they went above and beyond to make it right. The result speaks for itself. I am very happy with my new bathroom!"

"Tech was able to tell me what the error code meant but did not want me to order part until testing with volt meter. Diag appointment with volt meter did not cost extra. Tech gave me part numbers and it fixed the problem."

"The rep came to our house and tested our water, which was found to be really good water. We still wanted an RO system and he explained our options. He did not upsell us on the highest end products, but educated us on our choices and we chose a system that worked for us. The follow up service over time has been outstanding. They even came to repair a part we had broken and only charged us for the part. Outstanding company with employees who go above and beyond."

"Pro Tech Construction excelled in fulfilling our hopes of our dream kitchen in a difficult, small space with big ideas. We were thrilled with the end result and our kitchen was transformed from an embarrassment to a show-stopper. Through excellent communication, planning, patience on both ends and creative problem solving, we found the process eye-opening and rewarding. They were clean, efficient, thorough and cared about both the entire process as well as the end result. I will definitely use them again!"

"Shawn came out on a Sunday afternoon; removed a faulty dishwasher, found a leak that had caused a lot of damage previ9usly, installed a new faucet, assessed a couple of other potential problems and cleaned up after himself. We have asked Shawn to come back and do a few other plumbing projects and test our water as well. This man is a real professional."

"James redid our tub/shower in July 2022. He was fabulous to work with. Best contractor we ever had. Timely with his work and the subs needed. He kept us well informed during the few weeks of remodeling. Highly recommend him. Great job James. We love our remodel. We will certainly hire him back for any future projects we may need."

"I'd give them an A rating. They are a little expensive, but they do extremely good work. I've used them two times before. It probably took them about 2 hours."
