Our property was a weed factory. Bart Sanchez and his staff turned our property into a jewel. Nor more weeds, all plants trimmed,dead plants removed and replaced. I have hired them for bimonthly maintenance.

Left job unfinished. Promised to return to finish job. After three weeks of constant phone calls Mr. Bart Sanchez never returned our calls. Our garden ruined. Be ware of this company.

They were very polite. And on time.

Keep out on time for estimate and on work day. Was very friendly and quickly located all problems with sprinkler system. In all they replaced four sprinkler valves and capped another, fixed a valve leak, capped off one sprinkler head that wasn't needed, and replaced another valve that wasn't even in the original price quote for no extra charge. All work was done for a very fair price (Other quotes were a hundred dollars more). If I have any other problems I will deffinetly hire them again.

I requested an estimate and Bart came out and gave one. He was able to work with my schedule and do the work quickly. He brought additional items to my attention as he completed the requested project. He was very easy to work with, professional and provided good workmanship. He discussed and showed me what he had completed after each step to ensure satisfaction. I would hire him again for my next landscaping project.

Bart was prompt, courteous and highly professional. Gave great advice on handling the emergency repair over the phone and then was on site in less than 45 minutes. I'll use him for all my irrigation system needs in the future.

Bart was punctual both for the estimate and the job. He did most of what we had agreed upon. He said he would come back to complete the sprinklers once we had our plants in but didn't say whether he'd charge me again for that or not. My only real complaint is that he left a big mess of sand all along the side of our house. First, he used a leaf blower which blew the sand ALL OVER the side of our house and inside our open windows. Then he did a quick partial hosing down job which wasn't even enough for what was needed. It took me a good hour to clean up afterwards.

Bart was able to come within an hour for an emergency and fixed our water pipe right before we had to leave town

Came by and saw the problem. Made an appointment to return and fix the problem. Returned at the scheduled time and fixed the problem.

Bart & his crew of family members were awesome! Couldn't believe how much they got done on our big yard clean up job in 2 days. The also created beautiful stone pathway stairs. They'll be back next week to do more & we'll use them for routine maintenance. Very professional. Great communication. Good value.

He did a good job consolidating 3 irrigation controls into one, but one week later I'm still waiting for him to replace 2 valve covers so I can turn them on.

Very nice/on time. Anyone who would pay $400 for one hour and nothing done but aerate and minor pruning should go elsewhere. Not happy with sprinkler work.

Bart and his Best Landscape partner just left the house and the sprinkler system is working (for the 1st time in a long time) after I had paid my landscaper many times for the same purpose but to no avail. Not only does he seem to be very knowledgeable in his field but has conducted himself as a professional every step of the way. He went to great lengths to ensure I was satisfied with his work. I would recommend Bart and team to anybody and will likely use him myself again for for other projects.
