"It was the most unpleasant stressfull experience I ever had! We agreed for 250$, guy come out with Husky dog, was smoking cigares while working. He knew house size, was here before. After work was done he asked for 400$!! When I asked why, he started to bully me, moved big heavy card on our parking lot, then asked for 500$ , and my credit card number. He also was threatening me that he will come back and brake my gutters! Scam! Awful services, not professional at all."

"We are completely satisfied with the company. They showed up on time, did a professional job, and left the place as clean as when they arrived. We live about 100 miles from their location. We got a bid from a local glass company at the same time, and their bid was almost exactly twice the bid from Discount Windows. After their original site visit to measure windows and to talk to us about what we wanted. Discount Windows sent us a quote electronically. I made a couple changes to what we wanted, and they sent a revised bid. All the paperwork was done online, except we gave them the credit card number over the phone. We paid 50% at signing and the remainder about a week after the work was completed. They did all the paperwork for the Oregon energy tax rebate and applied the rebate directly to our purchase price. All I had to do was email them a copy of our electric bill to document who our utility company was. The installers drove out to our site the first morning, worked all day, spent the night in a local hotel, then completed the job the second day. When they left, they took all our old windows and all the other trash with them"

"Work done 6 months+ of contract signed. My house was covered with a tarp during the duration of that time. What I was told by the project coordinator and Eugene supervisor were not the same thing as the contract. The tarp blew off my house 3 times. Products listed on the contract were not products used. The products that were used, were installed incorrectly. During the roofing installation they cracked my ceiling, damaged gutters and left a mess. Each time I tried to get someone to respond to the fact that I went through 2 seasons with a tarped roof, on a manufactured home, I was ignored. When the date of my installation came and went, my phone calls were not returned after I expressed my concerns. I firmly believe that had I spent $50,000 instead of $10,000 I would have been heard and treated much differently. As a single woman, living in a less than $500,000 home, I meant nothing to them as soon as I signed the contract. And if I hadn't hired an inspection pre and post roofing, I wouldn't have found out the things that were done incorrectly. Master Elite status is laughable. Buyer beware when it comes to Pressure Point. Get every, single thing they say to you in writing. EVERYTHING. No matter how small. Or it will not come to fruition. A. Hamby"
