Understandably, it took 3 phone calls but a repairman came at 10:30 pm (on Christmas!) and tweaked something to give us temporary heat until a new furnace could be installed a few days later. They even brought a few space heaters over the following day just in case the short term fix didn't work. Installation went well and we have heat!"

"When I first called to make an appointment I expected to leave a message but someone answered right away and I booked a day and date in no time. So that was great! The day of the service Jacob called to say he would be running late and he arrived in the time frame he said. He explained everything very thoroughly. I have a dog and a cat so I had to keep an eye on them while he did all that work because there would be a back door left open where the hose would be fed through. It took him about 2-3 hours. He also explained and showed me how to clean the air filters. He also showed me a few items that he found while cleaning the ducts. I purchased the service through Angie's list and I also paid an extra $25 per bathroom fan to be cleaned. I would use their services again."
