I contacted them on line, explained the problem (could not read the temperature panel), gave them the make, model number and the serial number. They sent a person to the house to supposedly repair. All he did was look at it, checked the info on his phone, said they did not make that model anymore. He had all that info before he came out to our house. He said he would check for parts and call us back. When he did not call back, we made 3 calls to Apex before they called back saying they could not get parts. They did not make any effort to repair and yet they charged us $100.00. They had all the info before hand. Why did they not tell us they would not attempt to repair. As far as I am concerned, it was a scam.

Chris was very helpful from the start. He answered a lot of my questions and concerns with the initial phone call, which was the primary reason for hiring Chris over another company. Though his service call was more money than the previous estimate I had received; I felt comfortable and confident in the service I would receive. I appreciated his time and making me feel more comfortable with my used appliance purchase that needed some minor repairs/parts. Chris even helped address a product issue with our bathroom vent. Chris took care of all the concerns I had with both the washer and dryer. I now feel like I have a very efficient high end washer and dryer.

This company went above and beyond to help me help my mom get her washing machine fixed and back up and running they did so in a awesome timely manner and there prices were fare compared to some other appliance repair shops I just can't say enough about how wonderful they are

Chis at Apex is incredibly knowedgeable about appliances. I totally trust him to repair any appliance needs I might have. He is also very kind, in my opinion. He came to our house to diagnose our refrigerator and gave us a bid with the caveat that there was a 70% percent chance it would help the rattling noise in our refrigerator to a 30% chance it may not fox the problem. I appreciated his honesty.

The technician arrived within the window of time that was discussed with us. He diagnosed the problem and came back the next day with the necessary parts and installed them. The technician was very professional and friendly Dryer is now working
