"John L. was THE BEST! In working to swap our over-oven microwave/fan for a hood vent he was tireless in being sure it was done perfectly. The original over-oven microwave install was done poorly, causing a headache in fixing the errors, yet John did not cut any corners. He also checked in about every detail to be sure we were comfortable with what was happening. He listened to our concerns about how poorly the previous fan had been working and made an extra effort to be sure the vent opened very wide for maximum venting. We also asked when booking that the technician wear a mask and John arrived and wore an N95 the whole 4 hours with no fuss. This was our first experience with Mr. Handyman and if all the other technicians are as good as John then we will be using them exclusively from now on. John is like the fix-it dad you wished lived in your same town."

When I met Scott, I could tell that he was a bit of a perfectionist and also an artist when it comes to siding, which is definitely what we want for any exterior home project. He pointed out issues that other siding companies did not, yet this did not seem to impact the quote. He just wants to do things the right way, and for the end result to have an accent here and there that won't impact the total cost. From our first meeting, I could tell that our home would be in good hands, so we hired him. The project itself was very well done, and completely affordable. Scottâ s crew was professional, tidy, efficient, and to be honest, such a joy to have around. They noticed a flashing issue that was there before we moved here, and took a whole wall down that they had just sided, to fix the issue and then reside that wall. There were no shortcuts taken. It looks like our house is brand new. Thatâ s really saying a lot given that our home is more than 100 years old. Definitely give Scott a call first when youâ re gathering quotes because he will not disappoint."

"We had a huge project including residing, decking, railing, a deck cover, and whole house paint. Superior Home took on the work and delivered phenomenal results, we could not be happier. Ismael is an incredible craftsman, very intuitive to our vision with an eye for detail. The ideas we communicated to him were not only executed but consistently improved upon as he brought his experience to the table. His team was great, very friendly, and they worked hard and fast. Each day before they left, they would stack material and clean the job site leaving our yard free of debris which made the remodeling process a lot less invasive to everyday life. Upon completion, we spent a weekend absorbing the beautiful work of Ismael, and came up with our punch list: Absolutely nothing! Superior Homemade our project was a pleasure. "I hired them to build a 16x20 ft paver patio in August of 2022, by the end of April 2023 the project manager told me there is not much more they could do to make the patio better and I had to pay them the full amount. Even though they claim to have many years of experience, the low quality of craftsmanship does not reflect their years of experience. The patio is not square and there are many visible gaps in between pavers making it an eye sore and everyone that comes to visit is always surprised to hear the amount of money I payed for the project. It has been a very expensive lesson learned for me"

"Terrible billing structure and administration services. Quoted $499 for shower drain leak repair with ceiling repair, split into two visits. Charged $770 additional at the second visit without prior consent. I was misled about the cost and did not approve additional charges. The new invoice states customer must be forewarned of additional costs, so I called the manager. However, the manager would not discuss discrepancies, disregarded the original quote, and threatened to escalate my bill. I would not recommend Handyman of Lake Oswego due to unethical business practices. One star due to quality work, although the worker did not match the ceiling paint, leaving the job unfinished."
