"This company can improve by providing a longer warranty on their services, especially to areas that have variable climates. This company is based out of southern Oregon where the climate is temperate for 10 months out of the year. We are in central Oregon where the climate is temperate for about 5 months a year. The window of service is smaller in our area as we are experiencing extreme cold weather during months when All Natural Pest Elimination is calling to provide us with treatments. The ants are not present during these cold months so we have to wait for the weather to warm up and the Carpenter ant hatches to begin. Unfortunately, our warranty was up by the time the ants hatched and we are out 3500$ and still have a very serious ant problem. Tony Goin refused to remedy the situation, telling us "tough luck" but he'd be happy to take more of our money so they can probably not solve our ant problem....again. What a fraud. The service they provide one can do on their own buying product from Amazon and placing bait and gel in the appropriate areas. The treatment of drilling into our structure and spraying essential oils could have be done another time as the ants are in our walls, but Tony refused to provide that initial treatment more than once. Every other treatment consisted of technicians spreading bait around our house. Such a disappointment and serious waste of money."

Alongside selecting the best bait for an iguana trap, the location, position, and timing play a part. If the lizards have a burrow in your yard or regularly take the same route, place the trap there during the day. Iguanas are diurnal and most active during the day. A shady spot is best to keep the animal comfortable. And don’t forget to pick a level surface or stabilize the trap with a brick—iguanas are less likely to enter if it’s wobbly.

Rats are attracted to homes that provide food, water, and shelter. Common attractants include uncovered garbage, pet food left out overnight, crumbs and food spills, and easily accessible pantries. They’re also lured in by leaky pipes, standing water, and cluttered areas like basements or garages. Outdoor factors such as overgrown vegetation or woodpiles near the foundation can create additional nesting opportunities.

If you are looking for ways to kill bed bugs instantly, heat is the most effective instant killer. Exposing bed bugs to temperatures above 131 degrees Fahrenheit for over an hour can eliminate them. Steam cleaners and dryers on high heat work well for this method. Other options that may kill bed bugs instantly include bleach, disinfectant sprays with alcohol, diatomaceous earth, and hydrogen peroxide.

However, note that many DIY treatments won’t reach bugs hidden in cracks or behind walls. For severe infestations, it’s best to call a licensed exterminator for professional heat or chemical treatment.

Flea eggs can’t take heat, so use that information to your advantage. Take any affected clothes and linens and wash them on a hot setting (140℉ or higher) to kill them off. You can also rid carpets and furniture using heat. After vacuuming all surfaces thoroughly, use a steam mop or cleaner to get rid of the remaining flea eggs and residue. 

Flea eggs also can’t handle extreme cold. You could seal affected linens and store them in a freezer. 

False chinch bugs are generally smaller and somewhat paler than true chinch bugs, although they otherwise look similar. The name is a bit of a misnomer: They act very similarly and both feed on plants by sucking out their juices. However, chinch bug feeding tends to be very destructive to the plant, while strangely the false chinch bug does relatively little damage.
