I had a retaining wall replaced, a new pantry put in, old paneling taken out & new drywall installed, a new railing outside my stairs leading up to my house, & tearing down of a pool pump house. Excellent work was done on all of that. They were on time, cleaned up daily any messes they made & were also very nice & listened to what I wanted."

Anyway, it's been a month and the thing is still sitting half assembled in my yard. Keep in mind that this is a $10K cover left partially assembled and covered in a tarp. I've made 5 inquiries via phone to All Spa to at least get a status update but have yet to respond. It really just speaks to a major lack of professionalism to not even have the decency to let us know the status of what is going on. I don't usually leave reviews like this but I think that this certainly warrants a 1 star review."
