The work done was above and beyond expectations. They cleaned up excess debris around the neighbors. Crew leader checked in prior to departure to make sure all needs were met. Matthew called after the work was complete to ask if we were satisfied. The whole experience was a breath of fresh air. Our driveway, street, and decks are the cleanest in the neighborhood. This is our 2nd time using Dakota Property Services. We will be using them again next year!"

They bought in trucks and stuff, they tore everything in about 3 hours. It's a big driveway and a fairly good sized sidewalk and they started in the morning and they had it done in the noon. They cleaned up after themselves, respectful and they were just hardworking guys. The price was reasonable and they were a wonderful team to work with."
