He was friendly, professional, and you can tell he enjoys his work and wants to do a great job. He even checked back a couple of days later to make sure I was still happy with his work and reaffirm that he stands behind it. You don't get that kind of service much anymore! I'm keeping his card and recommending him to my neighbors!"

"My experience with Fulltime Contractor (Jason Olinger) was VERY disappointing. The project, contracted for an eight-week timeline, remained largely unfinished more than 2 years later. Jason repeatedly assured me that work was progressing and that issues would be resolved, but many of these promises were never fulfilled. There was almost no meaningful oversight, and serious problems were routinely blamed on his crew (Jason wouldn't take responsibility). Workmanship fell well below professional standards: siding installed out of level, missing flashing, improperly installed house wrap, and damaged materials used. The jobsite was unsafe, with debris and nails left around the property, causing damage and multiple punctured tires. The price was fair. The problem was his unwillingness to correct mistakes if it reduced his profit. He requested progress payments while work remained incomplete. I strongly urge others to go with a different contractor, one who actually cares about your home."

"It was the most unpleasant stressfull experience I ever had! We agreed for 250$, guy come out with Husky dog, was smoking cigares while working. He knew house size, was here before. After work was done he asked for 400$!! When I asked why, he started to bully me, moved big heavy card on our parking lot, then asked for 500$ , and my credit card number. "We are completely satisfied with the company. They showed up on time, did a professional job, and left the place as clean as when they arrived. We live about 100 miles from their location. We got a bid from a local glass company at the same time, and their bid was almost exactly twice the bid from Discount Windows. After their original site visit to measure windows and to talk to us about what we wanted. Discount Windows sent us a quote electronically. I made a couple changes to what we wanted, and they sent a revised bid. All the paperwork was done online, except we gave them the credit card number over the phone. We paid 50% at signing and the remainder about a week after the work was completed. They did all the paperwork for the Oregon energy tax rebate and applied the rebate directly to our purchase price. All I had to do was email them a copy of our electric bill to document who our utility company was. The installers drove out to our site the first morning, worked all day, spent the night in a local hotel, then completed the job the second day. When they left, they took all our old windows and all the other trash with them"

"I felt pressured by the sales team to make a decision quickly before I had time to do anymore research on the issues they told me I had with water damage. I was told 2 of my bay windows were about to fall out, if not addressed. I have no idea if I got a great deal or not. Materials showed up a month early, unannounced as I was leaving for a week-long vacation(DeBella was aware of) but I was told I had to take delivery, which I wasn’t prepared for. DeBella CS was horrible. The labor crew were awesome and very effiecient but I still don’t have my exterior lights back up, because the crew wasn’t allowed to reinstall them. Being a single mom, I don’t have the knowledge or tools to do it myself. I know just enough about electrical to know not to mess with electrical. I lost faith in DeBella as soon as they got the sale."
