They found that some of our exterior drain pipes were full of roots and they replaced those at what seemed like a very reasonable additional cost. We had one issue we had a question about and they sent two guys out right away to look at it. The only problem we really had was that they didn't call for a locate for where they were going to dig and actually didn't seem familiar with the need to do that."

James Holmes helped us choose a color for the concrete that matched the exterior of our house. Overall, the final product exceeded our expectations. "We had a damp crawlspace. John's installed drainage with sump pumps (lead and backup with battery backup power) and encapsulated the dirt with 20 mil plastic. They also installed PU foam around the perimeter foundation walls to complete the insulation envelope of the house and a dehumidifier top keep the crawlspace area dry. In short, this work solved the problem we had and provided the added benefits of a more energy efficient and comfortable house due to the insulation as well as better indoor air quality. The work was done in four days and at considerably less cost than a competing contractor bid to do it. Another person that we had inspecting house later looked at the crawlspace and commented, "Wow! You could do brain surgery down here." We actually wouldn't recommend that though ;)"
