"FullTime Contractor replaced seven windows in my home, and replaced a double door to the deck, with a slider. I was very pleased with the services of Jason Olinger and his field team; noteworthy: (1) informative website, (2) discovery & review meetings clearly identified options, scope, schedule, and cost; a concise Statement of Work was developed; (3) periodic 'touch-bases' informed me of visits for measurement, status of material order, materials delivery, planned installation dates, and progress reviews/updates; (4) materials delivery was smooth; (5) install was smooth, and the install team very friendly and informative; (6) quality of work was exceptional; (7) customer satisfaction inquiry was appreciated; and (8) billing was clear and simple. I highly recommend Mr. Olinger & his FullTime Contractor team and won't hesitate to call upon them again, soon!"

"Elias Contruction provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the roof and making some qualified recommendations. The project required a few change orders that were not clarified in writing. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."

"They came to the door and talked to my wife and I talked with them the following evening. They just gave us a bid on the job and it seemed reasonably fair but I went online to Angie's List website, they hadn't had much experience doing roofing. That's was just only part of the hesitation in using them at this point. They seem really professional and reasonably good."

"Overall, they did a nice job of a tile-surround for our fireplace. The pattern required a nice level of competence and we are pleased with the results. The only down side to this company is the repeated failure to communicate with us when they said they would. "We'll get that to you today" became something we got four days later, and twice they failed to call us when they said they would. I recommend using them - but, you'll need to follow up constantly!"
