He had great communication and addressed any questions I had throughout entire the process from beginning to end. He worked with me to come up with a design that totally transformed the look and function of the back deck: from layout of the boards, railings, placement of stairs, entry/exit, lighting, there is a nice balance and symmetry with lots of thoughtful touches and consideration to the flow and use of the spaces. Some of the finished detailing is above and beyond what I was expecting. The end result is much nicer than I could have imagined. Jake and his team were thorough, communicative, professional, and left the spaces clean upon completion of the project. The rear of the house now looks amazing.
