Great people to work with and can smoothly work with change orders as they arise. Everyone on the project was pleasant and easy to work with. STAY AWAY! You get what you pay for. If you want a company that will slap paint on your walls and not care wherever the excess lands, these are your guys. If you want a company that does a thorough job planning, prepping the job, and taking the time to get the details right, then definitely look elsewhere. I never thought it was possible to screw up a paint job, but after this experience, I now know it is definitely possible! We had 4 painting estimates and this was the cheapest. Against my gut, I went with this company based on a friend's recommendation. It was the worse decision ever. Silvia promised the areas would be properly prepped, that everything would be kept clean and all would be cleaned in the end. This did not happen. While Luis and his workers were very nice and hardworking, they were incredibly SLOPPY. Paint drips are visible on walls, trim and doors. They over-painted on areas that were not intended to be painted and did not apply enough paint in the areas that were supposed to be painted. Wall paint was allowed to drip onto the baseboard. The carpet along the baseboard was not pulled back enough, so paint got onto the carpet and the carpet was also stuck to it. We expressed our concerns early on but were promised that they would be corrected. After 6 full days, Luis said the job was done and Silvia asked for payment. I wish I could add pictures of what was left. Paint on door handles and hinges, messy trim/wall lines, drips on doors and trim, incompletely covered walls/trim/baseboards, exposed wood on areas where they scraped they're over paint, drips on our bathroom floor and kitchen sink where they washed their brushes. It was a mess. Long story short, we are so regretful that we didn't pay the extra money to a company that is detail oriented and not in a rush to finish the job. I still feel like we overpaid for the service (or disservice) that was performed. We will need to go back and hire someone else to touch up all their work and likely recover the walls, probably costing us the same as if we had gone with a more expensive company from the beginning. WARNING: STAY AWAY. It's cheap, but NOT worth it.
